Applications & Leases
Rental applications are evaluated according to our written rental criteria and applicable law. Application fees, where charged, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. The terms of any tenancy are governed exclusively by the signed lease agreement and its addenda, which control over anything stated on this Site.
Tenant & Owner Portals
Rent payments, maintenance requests, and portal account management are provided through AppFolio, an independent third-party platform. Your use of the portal is subject to AppFolio’s terms of service and privacy policy. DCP is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of the portal, or for any processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Communications
By submitting a form or providing your contact information, you agree that DCP may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, application, or tenancy. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Submitting a form through the Site does not create a landlord-tenant relationship.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Dynamic Capital Properties LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating our properties. Any other use without our prior written permission is prohibited.
