Dynamic Capital Properties LLC (DCP) is an active Investor, Manager, and Developer of Multifamily Dwelling Units throughout the Northeast United States.
DCP currently caters to working class individuals and families that have a need for an affordable place to call home. Most of our rental units rent in the range of $700.00 to $ 2,000.00 per month, depending on the unit size and location.
While many landlords and developers today are pushing rents to historic high rates and offering only “luxury” or “high-end” rentals, DCP continues to provide comfortable, affordable housing just as it always has since 1998.

MEET OUR TEAM
Lauren Domin
General Manager
Lauren began her career as a licensed real estate agent in the Poconos, where she relocated. During her time in real estate, she advanced her expertise by earning her broker’s license and expanding into property management. In 2003, she returned to the area to start a family while continuing to build her career in the real estate industry. Lauren joined DCP in 2011 and has been instrumental in establishing the company’s management office. She has played a key role in the organization, contributing her industry knowledge, leadership, and dedication to supporting the company’s growth and ongoing success. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and relaxing at the beach.
Stacie Runscavage
Leasing & Marketing Manager
Stacie graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Stacie began her property management career with Dynamic Capital Properties in 2016 as the companies leasing/ marketing manager. She oversees everything from the moving in, to the moving out process. While devoting herself to DCP, Stacie relocated to North Carolina for a year during the peak of Covid. While working remotely for DCP, Stacie picked up a part time leasing job with Tribute Companies where she gained even more experience and learned about the ins and outs of the corporate side of property management. Stacie enjoys spending time with her cats, reading, hiking, and traveling.
Suzanne Lisk
Controller / Accounting
Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Finance and Management from Penn State University. She joined Dynamic Capital Properties LLC in 2019 and has over 10 years of accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry. Suzanne is responsible for overseeing all of DCP’s accounting operations as well as new construction. Prior to DCP, Suzanne worked for a Property Management Company where she managed a Self-Storage Facility. She was responsible for coordinating all the financial and operational aspects of the business. In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys spin class and spending time with her family.
Edward J. Hazen
Director of Operations
After graduating from Vernon High School in NJ, Ed graduated Lincoln Technical Institute in Mahwah, NJ with High Honors and previously worked as an inventory control manager as well as spending time in the construction industry.
For most of his career prior to DCP, Ed spent 20 years with a major Home Improvement Retailer as a Sales Manager, Loss Prevention Manager, and Safety Manager.
Ed is responsible for overseeing property operations at all of DCP’s rental properties.
Ed enjoys spending time with his boyfriend, family and friends.
He also enjoys fishing, riding his Triumph Motorcycle, the Gym, Geocaching, Shooting and other various outdoor activities
Jared Cooperman
Project Manager
Jared graduated The University of Scranton Kania School of Management and joined DCP Full-Time after previously working for the company seasonally and working as a New Jersey licensed Real Estate Agent. Jared assists management with capital improvement projects and also manages projects for the land development arm of DCP.
Jared enjoys fishing, being on the water, and the outdoors.
Angela “Angie” Donmoyer
Property Manager
Angie is our Associate Property Manager in the Greater Harrisburg Area / Central, PA – focusing on Skyview Gardens located in Duncannon. Angie is originally from Pennsylvania but has lived in Florida, Virginia and Texas. She has been with the company since mid-2021, however, Angie has lived on the property for 11years. Angie previously worked for insurance companies for many years and gained valuable business experience. Angie is big on family so in her free time she enjoys spending it with family and friends.
Jenn Vapore
Accounting
Jenn joined DCP LLC in June of 2025 with an extensive background in bookkeeping and administration, which she now utilizes to assist with payables and receivables for a number of our properties. She graduated from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2012, earning a B.S. in Business Studies, and went on to gain broad administrative experience in such fields as landscaping, theatre, and internet advertising. In 2023, Jenn relocated to the Poconos from South Jersey to enjoy a cozy mountain life in the forest. During her free time, she loves relaxing outside in the sun, gardening, hiking, cooking, reading, and watching spooky mysteries with her cats, corgi, and iguana.
